On this site I share recipes that are healthy, vegandelicious and easy.

Healthy because I believe you are what you eat and putting nutritous and healthy foods into your body has an impact on how your body works and how it makes you feel. Eat well, feel great – they say, and I genuinely believe it is how it works. Cooking with good ingredients will make your dishes taste better and make you feel better. And isn’t that what life is about?!

Vegan because I believe going vegan is better for the environment, for animals and ultimately for myself. Enjoying a diverse vegan diet considerable lowers the chances of hear disease, stroke, high cholesterol levels, cancer and other civilisational diseases. Vegan foods are a lot kinder to your body and digestive system, therefore many people who have issues digesting heavy foods such as read meats and animal fat choose a plant based diet. Producing vegetables and grains is also a lot less harmful to the environment than raising livestock. Harvesting plants doesn’t mean killing innocent animals either, which is always a big plus. I create my recipes bearing all these and many more ethical, environmental and health reasons in mind.

Delicious because I believe healthy tastes better. It is my motto. I also want to prove this to you. My recipes are good for you and taste amazing. Give one a try and see for yourself. I have also changed recipes that are not-so-healthy and made them into nutritious goodness. Check them out!

Easy because I know we are all busy. All my recipes are easy to follow and prepare and require easily accessible ingridients and utensils for cooking. Some of them also include shortcuts saving you precious time. Healthy most certainly should not mean difficult and time consuming.
